A 712-unit condominium in four towers of 18 to 22 storeys beside Yew Tee station, built by NTUC Choice Homes. The estate keeps a pool and wading pool, a gym, BBQ pits, a tennis court, a putting green, a clubhouse and a sauna, and the Pang Sua park connector runs past the door for running and cycling.

Yew Tee Point and Yew Tee Square cover groceries and food within a short walk, and the North South Line runs straight into town, though the ride is a long one. Two schools sit next to the estate, so there is some noise and traffic at school hours. There is no squash court.
