Treasure at Tampines is a 99-year leasehold condominium by Sim Lian, built on the former Tampines Court site. The lease started in 2018 and the project was completed in 2023–2024. It is one of Singapore’s largest condos, with 2,203 units in 29 blocks of up to 12 storeys.
Because the project is so big, it has a wide range of facilities and many units to choose from. The trade-offs are busy common areas and an MRT walk that varies a lot by block: roughly 9–15 minutes to Simei station.
